Transaction Manager (TM): A multi facetted system which enables a customer to approve or reject any number of transactions, maintaining a sophisticated audit trail which meets the most stringent requirements of SOX compliance. TM also can be configured to be used as a Accounts Receivable collection system, escalating transactions based on the number of days past due they are, automatically sending our requests for payment, until such a time you would want the outstanding item to be posted on a collections person dashboard. Features of TM: User defined information hierarchy. - User defined transactions, and methodology for processing those transactions.
- Transaction based rules engine which enables a customer to "tell" the system how to process a transaction (escalation or approval), the conditions for selecting transactions and moving them, automatically, from one person’s dashboard or another’s.
- Configurable Data Entry component, which enables clients to scan documents, post them on an activity dashboard for a keypunch person to retrieve and enter the data from the document into the system.
- Sophisticated OCR engine which reads transaction documents, such as A/P invoices, orders, etc and attempts to interpret the data electronically into the appropriate system so the documents do not have to be keyed....
