We have separated our training team from our customer support team in order to provide our clients with the consistency they need within our customer service department.

It is also our assumption that your company will be as committed in providing Becton Schantz with the information necessary to better support your company! We're so serious about customer support that we have written our own web-based customer support tool, SupportStream™. Based on the service call being placed, SupportStream™ creates a list of the best available support people to resolve your issue. Our receptionist will always attempt to hand your call over to the person at the top of this list. SupportStream™ also analyzes the time it takes to resolve an issue and emails alerts to our management staff for those that are unanswered. |
